I recently worked with this incredible team for a going away/farewell event. From the very beginning, the team was very responsive to my questions and interests. They understood how special the night was for me and did everything they could to take care of my needs. They found me the perfect space, secured an amazing DJ and even brought in an artist to draw a live art piece for my friends to sign. To top it all off, the team’s mixologists designed two special cocktails named after my friend’s suggestions and even surprised me with a detailed cocktail menu.
GPG team did an impressive job ensuring that everything was under control and running smoothly so that I could enjoy my event without worrying about the details. Every detail, from the cups to the team’s dress code surpassed my guests’ and my expectations. I could not have asked for a more professional, accommodating, or passionate crew. “Really cool event planning firm, just what we needed for our company’s 5 year celebration gala and afterparty.. We had been shopping for some venue ideas with a bunch of colleagues online and came across GPG. We contacted and asked them what spaces they had available and they immediately got back with various cool locations.. The nice thing about it was that event spaces varied in terms of price range and different features. Then we went ahead with a venue in Chelsea. Olga was our designated event planner and successfully facilitated all furniture rentals, cool cocktails, bar, hors d’oeuvres. Staff was very professional and made sure all glasses were constantly cleaned and everything looked spotless. Overall all our guests and us had great time. Five stars, well deserved.”

“Studio M+ worked with GPG at WantedDesign during New York Design Week. They catered an open bar at our opening event with 3000+ visitors. We were very happy with their services. Two weeks before the event, their staff did a scout tour with us at the venue, examined our booth layouts in order to best prepare their service strategy.
At the day of the event, they arrived promptly to setup their bar and prepare the cocktails. The bar was up and running in minutes. They created custom cocktails for the design show and received really good compliments. They had adequate number of staff at the event and although it was such a big production, there were no problems with the service. We received top notch service and our guests complimented the drinks all night long. Once the party was over, they packed the bar and cleaned the booth area quickly. We couldn’t be happier working with them.”
